Rose & Brooks Enterprise was founded over five years ago by brothers Willie Rose and Larry Brooks with a mission to remove guesswork from distressed real estate investing. Willie Rose established the firm’s strategic foundation, focusing on disciplined market analysis and acquisition standards. Larry Brooks brought hands-on construction expertise, validating each opportunity through on-site evaluation and detailed repair scoping.

Although Willie Rose is no longer with us, his commitment to due diligence remains central. Today, under the leadership of contractor expert Larry Brooks, Rose & Brooks Enterprise continues to deliver verified, execution-ready opportunities that investors can evaluate and build a great portfolio.
